Big XII Gameball;
If you guys decide to write yours up I won't take your thunder so I'll give it to Mizz. K St showed up to play thereforeknocking Chase Daniels #'s down a bit. 28 for 41 w/ barely 300 yds onthe game he was in a lot of trouble & pulled thru it allowing Mizz to not be another stat to a unranked opponent. K St defense is getting stronger & if I remember their roster right more than half of their D isfairly young...but not as young as their Offense so I think K St isgoing to be a team to reckon w/ for a couple of more years.
Big XII Penalty Flag;
I don't really have one...but I think a couple ofyou might.OOC Gameball; has to go to La Monroe. LMFAO...I'm sure Saban won't beable to live this down for awhile. I'll give another one to WVU for a close win against Cinci. Cinci has been playing great at home w/ it's only loss at home before Sat to L'ville by 4 pts. I picked Cinci to winf or 3 reasons. They tore Uconn a new ass last week at home; as crazy as this season has been why not pick Cinci? Plus I really wanted WVU tolose. Another Gameball to CB Antoine Cason of Az...what a game he had against Ore, Cason returned a punt 56 yds for a TD & an interception 42 yds foranother score.
Oh & another gameball to Az QB Willie Tuitama for his knee brace touching the ground ruling him down before a possible fumble. If that hadn't been called the Ducks might have gained momentum. But it looked like Ore's backup QB was shocked he had to play. In other wordsOre should've prepapred for Dixon to go down as a contingency. Itcouldn't have hurt. OOC Penalty Flag;
Tenn...GA fans were on the edge of their seat w/ thisone. Tenn was just plain caught looking ahead. Down 24-9 at the half. They should earn a gameball by some standards...but when you have achance to keep the race alive in the SEC East I don't care if it'sTemple, Duke or this years ND...you got to come to play & they didn'tplay until the 4th QTR. They should've lost & deserved to lose that gamethe way they played for 45 minutes of that game. They better be ready toplay in KY's house next week. Hook 'Em!

Hamsters wk 12 Gameballs & Penalty Flags
Flags
1. I would like to say the officiating crew for that call in the endzone, maybe the were the chickens or the pig I forget which they aresupposed to be, but the truth is Tech came out and did whatever theywanted against Brett Venables' defense. I really see were this man justdrives you nuts Matt, the only time OU was able to finally find a way tostop the Tech offense was when they were trying to run out the clock.Hell the best tackle of the game came from Bradford, to bad it put himout for the game.
2. Notre Dame, for even celebrating a win over Duke. How the mighty havefallen.
3. Michigan's entire team, but mainly the run defense who did notrealize the needed to tackle Chris Wells and the senior combo of MikeHart and Chad Henne, Mike if you are going to run your mouth you needmore than a 2.4 yd/car avg and Chad playing hurt just hurt your team.
Game Balls
1. Juice Williams and Rashard Mendenhall, 260 yds rushing between them.If Mendenhall comes back for his senior year the Illini will be a veryscary team.
2. Indiana for holding off Purdue to all but clinch a bowl gameappearance.
3. Todd Reesing, the Gayhawks could have been caught looking ahead butthey came out and did what every other team in the nation hasn't beenable to do, they kept on winning. If Reesing wins out he should be theHeisman, for being the best player on the best team (156.3 passerrating, 2900 yds, 30 td, and only 4 int). Those state are comparable toTebow's throwing stats with the major difference being Tebow has the rushing stats and Reesing has the record. No Doubt it should come down to those 2.

Hamsters final Gameball & Penalty Flag for CFB 2007
Since there were not many games this week I figured just one flag and game ball would be good
Game Balls
1.Sam Bradford and the OU defense- Bradford did a great job not making any mistakes that might have cost OU the game and the defense held Daniel and the high powered Mizzou attack in check any time they came into the red zone.
Flags
1. WV, ha ha ha ha, ok now that I got that out, how the hell can you have Steve Slaton with only 9 carries when Pat White is out of the game injured. Thank god they did though, who really would have wanted to see WV go to the NC game and lose to Ohio State. Hell then OSU would have thought they made up for last year, now they get to get their ass kicked by the SEC again.
2. Ok I couldn't keep it to just one, this flag goes directly to the BCS and NCAAF. Even though they got it right by not sending Georgia, how the hell can they not see this isn't working.

Gameball -Pitt. The officiating crew almost lost that game for Pitt. Another Gameball to OU. In all honesty they are the best team in CFB & should be in the BCS Title Game w/ LSU!!
Penalty Flag- I have to agree w/ Rich. Especially for Mizzou's sake.

Hamsters wk 11 Gameballs & Penalty Flags
Gameballs, Juice Williams and the Illini Def-they went out there and played like they would not accept defeat....showed the nation who OSU really was.
Zach Brown-came out an played a hell of a game against a Michigan defense that was supposed to be good against everyone except spread offenses.
Joe Ganz & Nebraska-way to come back in your second start...fucking 7 tds & 73 pts Virginia-couldn't really decide if this was better as a flag against Miami, but I love seeing the Orange Bowl go out like this.
Flags Auburn's Defense-I thought they were supposed to be good...hahahahaha 45 pts to a rival Georgia.
Cock's Defense- same as above except 51
to Florida Darren McFadden- a very unimpressive 100+ yd game This might be a bit different than most would expect, but Mario Manningham, even though he had a pretty big game, he is a 3rd year player & should've stepped out as a bit of a leader with Henne & Hart out, instead he was out there acting like T.O. when he was w/ the Eagles. He had a young QB in a hostile field & all he did was rattle him even more.

Week 11; Sappers Gameballs & Penalty Flags
Big XII Gameball; goes to Neb for finally showing up against a crumbling K St. Damn if UT could've just played 25% better in that K St game like we have been the last 2 weeks UT would be 10-1 right now! AARRGGHHHI
I would give UT a gameball for their performance since the team is just about all Frosh or Soph's now due to injuries. But to see Neb's players finally show up to put a stop to their meltdown was good enough for me. See ya Callahan. Good luck in Boulder.
Big XII Penalty Flag goes to Mike Leach. You can't tell me if those calls were reversed that TTU would've won. UT was on fire & was just killing Tech on the ground. Their defense was picked a part like a T-Day turkey. Thank God UT answered to TTU's 4th qtr drive or else it would've been a different ball game. IMO Leach is looking to be the next Gundy...but he should've called Gundy 1st & gotten some pointers on how to react. Idiot.
OOC Gameball goes to Navy and North Texas; they set a major-college record by combining for 136 points in the Midshipmen's 74-62 win over North Texas. Wish I could've watched some of this game in the 1st half. TD after TD after TD then they petered out in the 2nd half.
OOC Penalty flag; Bama...all I can do is laugh about that. MSU has been an achilles to the SEC this year. I know we pretty much have a permanent Penalty flag on the BCS. But Give another one to the computer. I have to ask again. On top of the travesty that KU is not #1...how in the hell did USC jump from #17 to #11? Call it crying I don't care. But I seriously believe the BCS is trying to keep UT out of any BCS bid. There is absolutely no reason why UT shouldn't be at least #12 if not #11. Then again it could be a set up for USC if somehow UCLA can rebound from their current losing streak & shock USC. Yes I am a Bruin fan for the week!!

#1 Gamecock Gameball & Penalty flag
Only 2 gameballs, Darren McFadden, need I say more. FUCK!!
Other one, I don't care if it is college or not, Adrian Peterson. DAMN!!
Oh yeah, go Cocks!! Please win 1 more. If we don't, no bowl, too many teams in the SEC with 6 or 7 wins by season end.

Hamsters wk 9 Gameballs & Penalty Flags
Gameballs-Chad Henne playing hurt he helped lead the Wolverines back from a 10pt deficit half way through the 4th qtr. Look out now, as I said earlier this year Michigan has a chance at resurrecting what could've been a disaster of a season. They still have 2 very hard games left, @Wisc & home against OSU, if OSU & Mich win next week that will beMichigan's chance at doing a complete 180 from the loss to App St & having a real good shot of taking down the #1 team in the nation. Congrats to Lloyd Carr and the Sr leaders for doing something Nebraska & ND couldn't.
-KU that was just an amazing game...Gayhawks are for real. I still think Mizzou is better, but it will be a great game.
-Dennis Dixon has stepped up as the leading heisman contender, could change next week, but this guy is an amazing college QB. Gotta love the Ducks uniforms too, with a name like the Ducks at least they make sure to have pretty cool uniforms.
-Even in a loss, Alabama deserves a game ball for going out there & yet again pushing LSU to the verge of defeat.
Penalty Flags-S. Florida has shown that they couldn't handle the spot light of being a top team.
-Nebraska, after 2 weeks in a row of playing tough in the beginning, these players have given up when it counts. The fact that they are able to keep games close for a while shows that it's not the talent. This coaching staff has lost the team & the players are not playing with any sort of heart. In order to prevent Nebraska falling completely they need to get rid of Callahan right now, not wait until the end of the season.
-Rutgers, it just doesn't seem like they are still chopping the wood. There one good win does not seem as good anymore with the way USF has fallen.
-South Carolina, sorry Sean but the way they are playing & with their remaining schedule unfortunately without winning enough games their extremely strong schedule will not matter.

Man...what another great Sat in football. Big XII Gameball has to go to once again Jamaal Charles. Tack on Ryan Bailey fir another great kicking game, Colt McCoy for staying positive & rallying out another win. Charles literally put the life back into UT...again. An unbelievable game & it just adds to the craziness of the season.
I'll give another one to KU. They mean business this year & if OU runs the table I sincerely hope you guys will be ready. I can't stand the thought of KU winning the Big XII.
I'll give a 3rd Gameball to Iowa St. Man what a game they had against K St. Cyclones just kept coming back & held the Cats scoreless in the 1st & 4th Qtrs. I really like this team...mainly because of Chizik. I don't think (due to recruiting) Iowa St will be a powerhouse...but they will be a bigger achilles to just about anyone they play in the next few years.
Big XII penalty flag goes to Neb. These players have a chance to prove themselves. I think they fared well against KU until the 2nd half. Then they just laid down, but why can't these players take control of their team? All of those kids know Callahan is all but gone...so why not step up? I know the Husker nation is sick to their stomach.
OOC Gameball goes to UCONN. Where in the hell did they come from!? I think their poised to take the Big Least. They'll have to get by WVU & Cincy. Syracuse shouldn't be a problem...but anything can happen.
Another Gameball goes to Navy. Didn't see one down of that game & didn't know until Gameday mentioned Navy hasn't beaten ND since Kennedy was shot. That just moves UT closer to #1 on the all time W/L column. Thanks Navy!! BEAT ARMY!!!
OOC Penalty flag...BC for allowing the Noles to come to their turf, in bad weather & beat them. Only 3 undefeateds left...KU, HA & OSU. I'm rooting for ya 'Pokes!!

Sapper's wk 8 Gameballs & Penalty Flags
Big XII Gameballs; Mizz's pass defense. Well actually the whole defense. They had Harrell flustered, off balance the whole game. Harrell was zipping his passes way to hard but not all the blame is on him. His receivers were having a bad day as well...more drops than T.O. in a season if you combine them all. Another bad pick on me & I should've stuck w/ Mizz. But after all year of parading Harrell I thought if he won here TTU & him were a serious team. BUT their schedule was weak up until Sat...thats the main reason I should've stuck w/ Mizz.
Big XII Penalty Flags; CU...hands down. Where was the team that beat OU? I'm reaching w/ that one...nevermind, should've known better when K St beat CU & K St lost to KU. ANOTHER bad pick on me. I think I was wishing more than anything w/ my picks this wknd.
OOC Gameball; Demetrius Byrd & Matt Flynn. That final second play was just incredible. It was something LSU had to do & IMO opinion another lucky day for Les Miles. His 5-5 4th down conversions a couple of weeks ago & then this pass & catch was just incredible. OOC penalty flags; Rich stole my thunder for giving one to Spurrier. I didn't see one second of that game...but I heard about it all wknd.
So my OOC Penalty flag goes to Tenn. I thought they stood a chance against Bama after taking down an overated GA at home. Basically the flag is on my self for taking Tenn as a pick. I should've realized...they SUCK on the road!!

I really hope OU takes their fall in the polls as a sign they have to go out and destroy every team they play. Well here we go with my game balls and penalty flags. Game Balls
1. John Parker Wilson-to-DJ Hall combination, Stats for each were just outstanding JPW- 32 of 46,363 yds, 3 TDDJH- 13 Receptions, 185 yds, 2 TD
2. I would say Florida for doing something LSU couldn't, but the wholeteam doesn't deserve the credit. Their Defense was torched and their offense was something like 75% Tebow. So the game ball has to go to Tim Tebow for getting his name back into the heisman talk and maybe they should think about getting him in on Def too.
3. Ray Rice and Rutgers for defending their home field. Thank god, cause if they didn't beat USF it really did not look like they would lose.
4. Kansas, for going into a hostile territory and leaving with theirundefeated record still in place.
Flags
1. Steve Spurrier, for doing everything he could do to make sure his team could not win the game. I was torn between giving Vandy the gameball and Spurrier the flag so I guess I will give some credit to Vandy, but Spurrier deserves most the blame on this one. Hope you didn't drinkto much Sean.
2. Cal, going from a last second FG from being the #1 team in the nationto 2 straight losses and falling completely out of the picture.
3. OU's offense, for letting a team that had no right to even be within 20 pts keep a game so close that OU dropped in the polls after a win.
4. Even though it did work the ends still do not justify the means. Even though the coaching staff may have seen a way of getting in the end zone all that they needed was to kick a FG and go home with the win. It just was not worth the risk and now that they have done it and it worked, they might be tempted to do something like that in the future and I hope it doesn't work. Just stupid coaching. I mean if I saw a way I could jump off a building and land without hurting my self I would not be stupid enough to risk it. As you can see that call really pisses me off, well here is to a greatweekend of CFB. Hope it continues.

Sean's wk 8 Game balls & Penalty Flags
Gameball to UNC's QB Tate, came out and through for about 290 on the best pass defense in the nation, in a loss. Also, Auburn defense for coming up huge and only giving up 7 against Arkansas and the best rush offense in the SEC. Maybe the best run combo in CFB. Texas, Colt, finally coming alive. OU/Texas game was awesome and you are keeping up with that. I don't care if it was just "Iowa St.", they are in the Big 12 and you smashed them. OU, great hard fought game and prove why your one of the elite. Penalty flag to Missouri's running back, fucking bum. Honestly, it look like he threw the game. Right off his freakin' knees. Steve Spurrier,we got the win but the second half was shitty coaching for one of the best. Where was the passing that led us to a 21-3 halftime? Only 23 play in the 2nd half. Lucky to come away with that one. Guess you gotta have close ones though. Lastly, Arkansas, 0-3 in the SEC and most losses are> at home. Fuck Houston Nutt, bum!!! Should never have fucked Mitch Mustain. He will be gone by year's end. Hopefully this isn't our fall game in Fayetteville. I will be there and I can't wait. Take it easy fellas!!
Hamsters wk 8 Gameballs & Penalty Flags
Game balls for the Big 12, it was Baylor, but this could have been a let down week after beating K State they could have had a bad week, but instead came out and destroyed a much weaker team. I have to give a game ball to Arizona St. I really thought this would be their week to get their 1st L, but they came out and beat Washington in all facets of the game. Final game ball has to go to Andre' Woodson, he would not let UK be defeated, really getting his name back into the heisman talk too. Greatgame. Penalty Flags Nebraska, c'mon getting your ass completely handed to you in your home. They should cut every player and fire every coach after that effort. Jeff Tedford, I know the players play the game, but as a coach knowing you have a young QB in a position with your season on the line, you either take the FG right away or make sure all you say during the timeout is if you can't throw it in the end zone, get it out of bounds. He deserves all the blame for this loss. My final flag goes to the USC Trojans, they have shown exactly how overrated they were.
Sapper's wk8 Gameballs & Penalty Flags
Before I get started I talked w/ Gunner today (Sunday). After hearing what he said I have to agree. These polls are ridiculous & not worth getting steamed over. I thought to my self how can you say that when this is what we have to deal w/. But looking at the AP, Coaches & BCS for a good while again...this is garbage! Were at the fate of the computers & writers destiny & we get dealt the cards handed to us whether straight up or off the bottom. In the BCS they have USF at #2. Yes they are the strongest looking team right now & they have a tad bit tougher schedule than OSU, but their the Big Least. BC I think we can all agree won't last long & I say that w/ never even having looked at their schedule for this year. I don't agree w/ LSU at #4 (I doubt some of you all will agree w/ me on that as #1 teams should not allow a previously ranked #17 team to triple OT). Before I write a novel here I'll just give my top 10 & move on.OSU, LSU, OU, USF, BC, S Car, KY, Az St., Cal, Ore. I have my qualms about a Big 11 team at #1 since they have no conference championship. But in respect they deserve it. Their schedule is about to get tougher in a hurry. My Big XII game ball again goes to Graham Harrell. Alot of us Big XII guys were wondering if TTU could keep it going against A&M. 425 yds & 4 TD's soldified that. They've got 3 big games left, 2 of those on the road @ MIzzou, @ UT & home vs OU. If UT loses one more it'll be to TTU. Luckily for OU they should win out w/ their test coming the last 2 weeks. C'mon...let me hear the love from the OU side...you better hope we beat TTU! Of course UT takes on Ok St in Stillwater...I'm not looking forward to that game either. Big XII Penalty flag...oh man where do I begin. The overated Huskers getting creamed by "A MAN, who is 40" or the overated Francine Faggies. Screw it they both get one! OOC Gameball goes to Ore St....no screw that. Don't want to steal Matt & Rich's gameball for them. I'll give it to KY for making this season crazier. OOC penalty flag. Illinois. C'mon! IOWA!!! Geez.Pick of the week has to go to Matt. PSU was a gamble that paid off huge. Nittany Lions just ran all over the Badgers. I'd hate to see our Pick 'em standings if this was a ho hum season. But all in all, were all stunned at this season & we should be gloating somewhat to how were picking 'em. I think were doing pretty damn awesome. Were averaging well over 70% correct picks. Take those kind of odds to Vegas & we could clean up!!Week 8...here we come!

Gameballs & Penalty Flags (Hamster) wk5
Well even though mine area little late. I have to start with the penalty flags, too many to giveout, so hell I am gonna give a flag to the entire top 10, except Cal and OhioSt. The rest either struggled against unranked teams or lost straight out.
And now for the game balls, even though I would like to take credit for this I will give it to the players, Illinois gets my first game ball, and keeping with the Big 10 my second has to go to Indiana, even though Iowa is not the team most are used to, not may even realize they play football @ Indiana. Now even though it was against Northwestern St. you have to give credit where it's due, Texas Tech 75-7, hell they actually held a team to 7 points. And my final game ball goes to K State, thank god they destroyed UT otherwise I would have to spend all week listening to Mr. Steerfucker about OU losing.

Week 5 Gameballs & Penalty Flags (Sapper)
My Big 12 Gameball has to go to K State. For obvious reasons...'nuf said!
Big 12 penalty flags goes to Texas. K state absolutely controlled the game in the 2nd half. Shutdown our O & picked apart the D & UT just looked deflated, dazed & confused.
The ploy of Colt acting like his shoulder was going to fall off was pathetic. Whether OU won or not, I was really hoping we could prove something to ourselves here going into the RRS next week, guess not. But it could be the jolt we need going into Dallas.
But honestly after mulling over it all wknd. I'm glad we lost to K St rather than the other 4 teams we've played so far. Dallas is going to be brutal. Both teams coming in w/ stunning losses. It's going to be nasty, hard hitting, neandrathal, gladiator type football.
Around The Horn Gameball; Goes to Hamby...Nice pick on Illinois. Lucky...but you saw something there none of us did.
I have to give another Gameball to Cal for proving most of us wrong. That was a tough game for both Ore & Cal. Cal hasn't won in Autzen stadium since the 1st Clinton administration. Even though I left them picked...glad I did, but wanted them to lose for the fact if UT had won & Cal lost we'd probably be sitting at #4 right now. Shulda, culda, wulda.
Around The Horn Penalty Flag; Alabama. You have to be kidding me! But should've saw it coming. FSU did beat Colorado on the road 2 wks ago (but who wulda thunk they'd beat OU, he he he) & just came off a bye. Sean you were right. 'Bama was there to pick up the slack for Tenn dropping out of the top 25 in AP. But now their gone. Whose next? GA, FLA?
